The North American business of Koch Heat Transfer has been acquired by Metalforms LLC, and its parent company, TransTech.

Metalforms will now be the owner of all drawings, calculations and other intellectual property to serve the North American market for all Koch Heat Transfer brands including: BROWN FINTUBE® Products, ALCO® Hairpin, TWISTED TUBE® Heat Exchanger, BOS-HATTEN® Heat Exchanger, Smithco Hairpin, BasTex Hairpin, Muirhead Engineering, Koch Engineering Heat Exchangers, and Nitram Hairpins.  
 
All quote requests for spare parts, replacement bundles, replacement exchangers as well as new equipment Hairpins and TWISTED TUBE® Heat Exchangers in North America should be directed to Metalforms. Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) will manufacture and complete all previously accepted purchase orders currently in-house. Please reach out to your local KES team if you have any questions regarding current orders or for future heat exchanger needs outside of North America.
